Has it so happend with you that you found yourself restless and just do not want to do anything. You just could not start ot focus on anything although you have that to do list hanging on. I found myself in this situation for past 1 month.
How severe it was
I would say it serious enough to be taken care of but not too much serious.
What was causing this
It occured me the reason were this.
Well 2 things worked for me.
1. Remove distraction by reading a book in print format. Slowly slowly I could build up the discpline and I was able to not to get distracted.
2. I was too late to catch the second culprit. That is caffeine. But I caught this. So what I did was to replace hard black coffee with green tea or if possible not to consume at all. I would one cup of coffee(200mL ) in morning and not consume anything afterwards, If you still feel an urge you should try indian chai. That would extinguish your crave and at the same time not get you to the restlessness,
